Configuration page for Autologout module is directed to:
/admin/config/people/
The same problem for both 7.x-4.3 and 7.x-4.x-dev.
My Drupal version: the latest 7.24.

Looks like this is working on latest Drupal 7.26 - if this is still an issue, can you provide any further debugging information? Normally, broken menu links can be fixed with a cache clear.
