"You are not authorized to access this conent."

I have a user profile, and customized it well with panels... looks good, functions GREAT.

BUT... if you see the image, every profile that is visited, for everyone (admin, members, and anonymous) shows a "You are not authorized to access this content." Yet they should and they can access it... but it just says, for no reason, "You are not authorized to access this content."

ANY suggestions??
