Option to Ignore Images [#2166197]

Recently a client needed to have user badges output as html only, not as an image. I've altered the 7.x-3.x-dev version module to add that functionality. I dunno if you'll think it's valuable or not, but I wanted to add it here for review.

@mthomas, Thanks for the patch to add the new functionality. Looks good, though, I am not sure how many users will use this. If we get enough people who wants this added to the module, then, I will go ahead and commit it to the dev version.
