Footer module is not displayed

Hi Team,

I am using views 7.x.3.7 . I have created a view with block with all the taxonomy terms and used that block as the footer first column.
Somehow, the header is not getting displayed in the block. Please help me resolve this issue.

And I want to display the first footer column splitted into 2 columns. Attached a screenshot of how the display should be. Please assist me in doing this.
