I renamed donor_rally.make to build-donor_rally.make as simplytest uses that. Also a bit of tweaking of the other make files, and now it should build correctly, I think.

I did some work to get the profile to work here https://github.com/lsolesen/donor_rally. I also added rudimentary Behat tests and Travis CI integration. I can commit this, if you add me as a co-maintainer. I am not sure that I will continue working on this, but that would at least get something a little more useful on d.o.?
