After upgrading from Date's version 7.x-2.6 to 7.x-2.7, my exposed date filters disappeared from the site.

I created a patch which seemed to resolve this issue. Not sure what other effects there might be, but it worked for me.

BTW when you upload a patch it helps to set the status to "needs review", that triggers the testbots and lets others know that there's something review.
