Hi Guys,

Seeking an independent developer to work with us on various Drupal projects. We're looking for someone for a long term relationship that's comfortable with the fact that we don't have steady Drupal work, but when it's there, they are the first person we turn to.

We have a project going now that may require replacement of the developer and we have a couple of potential commerce jobs in the next 1-2 months, so we'd like to get to know the right person now.

The right developer is someone focused on back end skills utilizing all the typical Drupal tools like, views, CCK, panels, plus jQuery, AJAX, etc., and willing to deal with unforeseen challenges with a positive attitude. Absolutely no need for graphic design skills, simply, when there's a custom theme needed, we'll provide layered PSD's ready to be cut up.

Good English skills and the willingness to communicate and work as a cohesive team are essential.
