Updating from beta7 to beta9 with drush

Hello!

I run into an error when I try to update from beta7 to beta9 via drush.
I simply do a "drush up" and I get this error:
"The openpublish directory could not be found within the modules directory at /var/www//web/profiles/openpublish, perhaps the project is enabled but has been deleted from disk."

It's not deleted. It's currently running fine on beta7 and it's in the profiles/openpublish with the right permissions.

Any suggestions how to make this work with drush?
