What is the reason for project statistics to be disabled?

I usually do these steps:

  1. Go to the project/module’s page on D.org
  2. On the left sidebar look for the “View project translations” link under the Resources title. This redirects to l.d.o
  3. Choose a language.

I hope it helps as a work-around.

We don't currently have plans to re-enable this since it brings down the whole drupal.org site family entirely. The databases are not well tuned for the summary queries we had. Localize.drupal.org is an entirely volunteer operation. We need more people to help with working on the site: https://localize.drupal.org/node/4933

Its not fixed unfortunately. https://localize.drupal.org/translate/projects still says disabled.
