Error - Migrate version referenced in make file does not exist- at Simpletest.me [#2176049]

I took a look into the logs on the simplytest.me servers, this is what it said:

Beginning to build                                                          [ok]
/home/s7dd8d4336947426/openoutreach/drupal-org.make.
Could not locate migrate version 7.x-1.3.                                [error]

It seems like this version of migrate does not exist:
http://drupalcode.org/project/migrate.git/tags

Thanks for pointing this out. I'm mystified, not as to how I made this mistake - it was a cut and paste error - but as to why it correctly packaged on drupal.org for the Open Outreach 7.x-1.3 release. Maybe Drush/d.org packaging is forgiving enough to use the current recommended release if a non-existent release is specified?

Anyway, fixed in the .make file, and should be correct in the forthcoming Open Outreach 7.x-1.4 release.
