I have built many sites with Drupal but not any e-commerce. I got an inquiry if I could implement a little special e-commerce site. I would be pleased to get some comments if this is not complicated with Drupal and Ubercart.

So main point is that this company wants to sell one kind of insurances. Customers should be able to buy incurance products which prices depend on options customer has chosen on site. Customer has to give his/her contact information and when he/she accept the purchase, an email is sent to customers address. This email should include a contract (with customers information and facts about insurance) and LINK to site where customer can pay the purchase. So the payment is not asked before customer get the contract to email.

One special thing is also that he contract is valid until the end of current year when the customer should renew it. If possible customer should be able to purchase an ongoing contract too.

Every new customer should have own account on site where he/she can see information about purchases. There customer can renew or cancel the contract.

Store owner need to get information about customers and contracts and also some statistics.

Okay I think that's it. Is Ubercart good for this kind of solution?

Yes, this is all possible with Ubercart. This issue queue is not really the place to go into the details of how to accomplish this. Please post your question on ubercart.org. Note that much of what you need to do requires *Drupal* knowledge, and is not specific to Ubercart, so the general Drupal documentation on drupal.org and the Drupal channels on IRC might be a better place to start.
