A new stable release of the Navbar module is available. It contains a small number of fixes related to Libraries API integration and adds an additional icon for the dashboard.

Tested #1 with an existing Commons install and verified that there were no issues with using the navbar or detecting and loading the library dependencies. I've also deployed and tested the latest Navbar release on a number of other sites without issue.

Committed #1 to Commons 7.x-3.x.

I think this is broken now, especially in 3.8 - Backbone.js is missing
