I don't know if this should be posted here or there, but since the Edit module is actually sort of working, but the error message in the Status report is showing, I am leaning towards posting it here. Please just enable the normal Bootstrap theme or create a subtheme to test.

Please provide more detailed information. What is the status report saying?

Note that we won't do the work of making themes compatible with Edit. We will work with the maintainer though. But the Bootstrap module has an especially bad/notorious reputation when it comes to breaking front-end things.
