Optimize print module PDF output

Looking for someone with a quick turn around to optimize a current PDF outputted page through the print module. The page already works, has all the variable logic and displays properly. Just looking for someone to convert the current output in a custom module file into a template in order to decrease processing/loading time. The code is about 500 lines uncompressed so this should be a very short easy job.
