I just installed the module in a clear drupal8 site, and when I pick in the config, it return a 404 page. (I attach a scheenshot).

I'm not sure if we need a routing.yml file for it.

I can confirm this issue. admin/config/development/coder cannot be visited, as described in hook_menu(); The thing is also, there isn't any hook_menu(); in Drupal 8 anymore. https://api.drupal.org/api/drupal/modules%21system%21system.api.php/func...

Coder is not a module anymore, just a set of sniffs. See also #2354071: Remove coder_review until a new maintainer is found.
