OK, so I am trying to use this module with the Leaflet map. One of my fields for the content type used for the markers in the Leaflet map view is rent price. I've selected rent price field as what should populate the block filter and selected "range" as the widget. I then chose the rent field in for the contextual field in the Advanced section of the view. I then chose the global filter (field or search term) under the default value tick mark. Saved. Now the map has disappeared. What am I doing wrong?

RdeBoerHi htalwala,
I think you may be making things a little too hard for yourself.
Why not use a regular Views filter in exposed mode? Then you don't need the Global Filter module.
So, in the Views UI next to Filter criteria, click Add then pick your Price field. Then tick the box left of "Expose this filter to visitors, to allow them to change it" and select "Is between" for the Operator.

htalwala CreditAttribution: htalwala commentedThanks Rik, I did what you suggested but that doesn't seem to produce any results within the between ranges. There is content that should fall between the ranges set but nothing comes up.

RdeBoerHi htalwala,
Without seeing your site it's hard to say for me or anyone else what's wrong with it. Sorry. Can't help you any further. Exposed filters is a standard feature of VIews and it works for thousands of people.
