I've create a webform with conditionals which works with the Bartik theme but not WetKit Omega.

If I remove "/profiles/wetkit/themes/wetkit_omega/theme/webform/webform-element.theme.inc the webform conditionals works fine.

Yeah removing this is fine but unfortunately then an accessibility problems arises for composite fields that were fixed. Will have to reintroduce the fix to the new theme function.

I am going to remove this else makes webform conditionals not function. For any accessibility improvements lets patch webform itself.
