I thought I had created a group for Little Rock (https://groups.drupal.org/little-rock), but it doesn't seem to be approved.

Did I miss a step?

I'm not working on New Group Proposals until we get the spam problem fixed.

I'm -1 on this for the reason that the Arkansas group https://groups.drupal.org/arkansas only has 41 members and isn't very active. I don't think it's time to do this with those stats.

I'm also -1 on this. The group still only has 2 members after 9 months. -2 means we delete the group, which I've done.
