For the "Message subscribe" module under required by the "Message subscribe email" module is listed? I would like to check it out be can not find? I am blind?

Ok I found it. I see that it is included with the Message subscribe module. In message_subscribe_email.info the is no entry for package. So when using the module filter "Message Subscribe Email" is not list under the Message tab but under "Other". This issue can be closed.
