Sometimes it doesn't save the term and gives me this error

Please provide some more details about your configuration, i.e. about the vocabulary and the field itself.

I faced same problem.

I tryed recreate cotnent type, field, vocabulary and this doesn't help. Select, adding new terms works well, but when you press 'Save' button tid set to 0.

The problem not with all nodes, it's looks like random for some nodes.

Please provide some more details about your configuration and additional modules you've installed (especially modules dealing with taxonomy in general).

P.s.
On validate process shs_field_widget_validate term also goes with #value = 0.

Taxonomy menu doesn't used on vocabulary which used by SHS and cause problem.

Could not reproduce this.
