Hi ,
I must say that this is an awesome moudle. It keeps the spambots away if its working . however for me, this moudle works great for a few days and then it stops working. the link /user just becomes active again and the spambots start auto registering again. i dont know why it does this but when it works it works great. is there any way to get this fixed? does any one else experience this?

What change before the module stops working ? Did you install other modules ?
Did you update it ?
Renamed paths are stil active ?

actually the module is still enabled . I have not been making any change before the module stops working. I did not install any additional module or anything. I just enable the Rename admin path module , it works awesome for a few days and suddenly it stops working (even module is still enabled and installed) . the renamed paths give 404 error and the default /user link starts working ....
the moment that happens I get thousands of spambots trying to access my site. I must be honest this is the most effective spam control technique I have come across. wish I know what to do to keep it active.
I will be willing to provide any specific details you need

donsimioni CreditAttribution: donsimioni commented---- update .
I saw that my site kept giving this error Notice: Undefined index: name in system_requirements() (line 34 in ../modules/system/system.install)
and
Notice: Undefined index: version in system_requirements() (line 36 in ../modules/system/system.install)
I walked through this fix on the link http://www.drupaldeveloper.es/en/notice-undefined-index-name-in-system-r...
and disabled then re-enabled the "Rename admin paths" module .
Ill keep an eye on it for a few days and see if it fixes the problem.
Keep you posted.
thanks
