Add a custom field to a quiz

I am trying to add Image and audio fields to Quiz question. For which i added two fields image and audio to the questions(mlti-choice,truefalse,...) content type. But on the the quiz answering form in the front doesn't display the newly added fields. I have configured the "Manage Display" section too. But no success.

Can any one suggest a mechanism to handle this issue?
