lingotek 7.x-5.02

This release contains improvements to the performance of the Lingotek module on sites with large numbers of entities. Additional highlighted improvements include the following:
- Improvements to the handling of field collections, with a focus on better support for the translation of nested field collections.
- The ability to force the download of all configuration translations, including incomplete and pre-existing translations.
- Miscellaneous wording and code-formatting updates.
