Disable translate options for entities that are not set on module's configure.

Hello everyone!

Thanks for this awesome module. I've set entity translation only for user entity but when I'm settings options for a field within content type I can see an option to translate the field when I didn't enable the translation for node entity.

Is there an option where I could use to hide this option because in a field settings that it's part of a content type there isn't need to see this option.

I'm attaching a image of the "option" that I wan't to hide.
