I turn on ubercart modules and recive this nottice

You're using 8.x-4.x?
uc_shipping hasn't been ported yet ...

8.x-4.x is currently under development; there's still a lot to do and there are no public releases yet. If you want to help with the port then feel free to submit patches. Otherwise, please wait until there's a release before reporting issues.
