Not working with Webform module, checked all instructions, installed dev version and it still doesn't work.
With contact form it's fine.

The problem was while loading jQuery and jQuery UI from a CDN, in this case Google.
It was returning an Javascript error related to datepicker and the form wouldn't load.
Disabled the jQuery and jQuery UI CDN and using internal jQuery 1.7 and is working fine with Webform and Contact form.
