Populated test site?

Hi everyone,

Is there any way I can work on a test site that is actually populated with content, has a working taxonomy, blocks and ties between nodes (by ties I mean nodes that are connected by tags, categories etc).

I've got a job interview that requires inputting some content to a drupal CMS, but I'm imagining it'll be more than just typing in a blog post and publishing it. I set up a site at drupalgardens but I really need to work with something more established and I don't have the time to build a full site before the interview.

Are there any resources where you can log in and work on a populated test site?
