"Share" button / toolbox does not render if the Addthis block is placed after Main page content within the Content block in admin/structure/block. Renders OK if placed before Main Page Content. Tried on themes Bartik, Koi and Mayo.

This might not help, but are you running any ad-blocking extensions in your browser? I thought my AddThis block wasn't loading, but it turned out Ghostery was just doing its job.

Since you're seeing the block in some regions but not others, this probably isn't your problem. But it might help someone else who finds this thread.

What makes your setup different from a clean setup with Bartik?

I found that the Addthis toolbox/buttons do not display on HTTPS sites unless you change the links in this file modules/addthis/classes/AddThis.php from http:// to https://

Make this change to the 4 lines under // External resources. (https://s7.addthis.com/js/300/addthis_widget.js is probably the important one.)
