Has anyone tested Panels Everywhere 7.x-1.0-rc1 with Panels 7.x-3.4 (and Ctools 7.x-1.4), if so are there any major problems or notable stumbling blocks?

I had trouble with this update. Database update found missing tables.

Other than #2188277: "cache_panels doesn't exist" error on update is anyone having problems with Panels Everywhere with Panels 3.4?
