add segmentation conditions to simplenews?

Hello Im trying to find how can I add segmentation to my newsletter campaigns, I use simplenews.

This is my use case

I ask the following information to anonimous that want to suscribe to my site:

Email, Name, Profession and Location

The profession field should be a term reference field where I have all the professions available, and the Location too.

For example, let's say that I want to send a new newsletter, just to the suscribers that has the profession "medic" and are located in "New York"

so all the anonimous or users that are suscribed with that patameters will get newsletter

Is this possible? How can I achieve this? There is another better module for this?
