Whenever I edit a css file and reload a page the Consistent Editor State does not get saved even if it is enabled at /admin/config/development/live_css

Please upgrade to my latest -dev release from 7 Mar 2014 and report back any changes. I have tested on my own config with no problems but if you continue to experience issues please let me know (and be as specific as you can :)
