Ajax error, code 200--HELP please!!--Fixed [#2202421]

Hi all,
I am having an ajax error on my live drupal site. This happens on views pages that have pager enabled. the error is attached as a pic below.

I do not know if this is related, but my website is forced to use quirks mode in IE browser now, with word "asd" before and after each page.

But when I switch the theme to other built-in theme, this problem does not exist. I have tried all methods I could find online, but could not get this problem solved.

Any help would be great appreciated!

And I also get this at the top or sometimes bottom of the page:
