Add new hook to create custom meta tags

Nice module, really helped me in a few projects. Just wanted to add a new hook to be able to create new meta tags, or change the existing ones.
This patch adds hook_known_fields_alter($known_tags), where you can alter the known_tags array (found in file known_tags.inc).
