Does not work well with the CSS aggregator

addtoany.module, line 272: the css file is added without passing a preprocess parameter. Therefore the file is aggregated by the css aggregator. At the same time, the file is not added to every page. The result: two aggregated css files in cache. This increases css file download times a lot for random visitors.

I would fix this by adding the css file to every page.
