Currently there is no possibility to add libraries to Google Maps API js file. For example I wanted to use places library from API, but open layers adds API js file and this file should be added only once. Because of this I have created patch which allows user to add libraries on 'admin/structure/openlayers/layers/settings' screen for API v 3.5. Then just the '&libraries=' . $libraries is simply added to url.
Please review this patch.
