Integration for MLT feature to entity reference field.

I found a problem with the MLT(More Like This) feature: when the i reference node to terms via the entity reference field the MLT feature iis missing. The problem comes from the indexing callback for the entity reference field which not indexing the terms names as the original taxonomy terms reference.
