I initially reported an issue in the Ubercart queue (https://drupal.org/node/2208587), but upon whittling down modules, I found that the Intel module was the cause of my issue.
I originally reported that my Cart buttons would misbehave, that clicking "Update Cart" or "Checkout" would erroneously _remove_ the top-most item in my cart.
I reduced my contribs down to a minimum, and found that Ubercart would behave properly on its own, so the conflict was caused by something else.
Through a process of elimination, I found that toggling the intel contrib was the cause.
I don't mean to cast blame, but am simply reporting what I've found. Is there more that I can do to help solve this?

GeekFamily commentedWe had same problem with Drupal Commerce CheckOut. Fixed by turning off Intelligence. Would like to use Intelligence on this install of Drupal though. Can I add more data to help get this fixed?

adamsro commentedIt seems that I'm having the same problem when using the media module overlay to upload a new file. When the module is enabled the "op" key with value "Next" is no longer in POST which causes forms submit handers to change.
