User accounts blocked when registering

Whenever my domain module is activated and I register a user they are automatically blocked, no matter how the settings are set.

This is how I have my settings set: http://i.imgur.com/mNU4AQQ.png. I have the settings set like this for all domains.

Could anyone help me out? I want my users to be logged in right after registration (without approval).
