Is there a reason the "Request new password" tab is missing at /user? If I go to /user/password the form displays with the "Log in" and "Request new password" tabs. I would like it to appear as normal.

I'd like to know, too. We use mixed mode, so the non-LDAPers need to use user/password sometimes.
