Currently, adding excluded fields for use as markup tokens is a multistep process. E.g. add the new field then rearrange the fields to put the new field at the top of the list, then modify the field that uses the new field.
It would save a step if users could opt to add fields to the top of the list instead of alway putting them at the bottom.
There seem to be a few ways to add this to the UI.
1) In the "Add fields" dialog have an additional "Add to top and configure" button to do this.
2) In the "Add fields" dialog include an "add to top of list" checkbox in the search/filter area.
3) In the "Configure Field" dialog, have a "move to top of list" checkbox option appear under the exclude from display checkbox.
Methods 1) or 2) might be the best since similar options could probably be done to support "add to top" for the filter and sort criterias. This would present a consistent UI for this option.

longwaveAlternatively, should we just process (or automatically sort) all excluded fields before non-excluded fields, so it doesn't matter where excluded fields appear in the list?
