This is the craziest bug I've seen in Drupal 7.26 so far:
Below admin/structure/views/view/*/edit all menu links are shifted. So e.g. the link to add a field links to
admin/structure/views/nojs/add-item/*/page/filter which is the link that should reside in "Filter Criteria". And so on. Looks like an index issue.
Any idea how this can happen?

dcam CreditAttribution: dcam commentedAs @Chi mentioned, we will need more information in order to provide support. Have you tried clearing your site's menu cache? Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling Views?
