Once the popup comes up user has two options:
1./ Yes, Agree
2./ No, I want to find out more.
The second button should NOT contain the word 'no' as by clicking on that button she accepts the cookies hoever just said 'no'.
So the word 'no' should be not there.

svenryen CreditAttribution: svenryen commentedWhen you click the No button, it takes you to a Privacy page with more information, and the message stays on the screen. If the user keeps clicking No, the message stays and the user accepts the notice by clicking any link and using the web site.
I agree somewhat to your reasoning, so I'm considering making these labels customisable by the admin.
