emails subscribed with rules not activated

I create my email subscribers with a rule from a form built with Entityforms 1.x (I tried with 2.x with the same issue) and I can't make these new subscribers activated ?

My entityform submission rule :
Condition : none
Action :
-> Create a new entity "user"
-> Set data value to entity created (user) to populate new users with the form fields
-> Subscribe an e-mail adress to a newsletter (Confirmation required: No)

And I can't find the right config to make these new subscribers "activated" during creation !? They are always "not activated".
This is a corporate web site, so subscribers are always anonymous.

Am I missing something ?
Is there a way to achieve this ?
