Hello,

had a quick look but couldn't find a parent/ associated issue for this one. When on an entity creation page (node add etc) an undefined index notice is thrown if no default field values are set.

Notice: Undefined index: commerce_pricing_attributes in commerce_pricing_attributes_field_widget_form() (line 430 of /var/www/../sites/all/modules/commerce_pricing_attributes/commerce_pricing_attributes.module).
