Feature request to allow Flood Unblock to clear any flood event, not just user blocks. Additionally it'd be helpful to have control over the flood event identifier and not just clear IP only.

Attached patch retrieves the distinct list of flood events and removes the IP validation restriction. It also makes minor alterations to the UI text to make this functionality more clear.
