Filter only atcive on Title field

Hi,
In my site the export only "exports" the right number of records when the results set is filtered via the node's "Title"

If I filter on a different text field or a Taxonomy term ALL nodes of the content type are returned.

My Filter query uses OR conditions.

Content: Published (Yes) AND
Content: Type (= Servers) AND
Content: Main Function (exposed) | Settings
AND
Content: Title (exposed) OR
Content: IP Address (exposed)

Any idea's?
