Sandler Systems Inc., is a global training organization with over three decades of experience and proven results. (1) SANDLER SYSTEMS, INC. is accepting proposals to design, develop and host the company web site system. This will be a concept to completion production. The purpose of this RFP is to provide a fair evaluation for all candidates and to provide the candidates with the evaluation criteria against which they will be judged.

The existing SANDLER web site system was originally designed and produced in 2001 and modified in 2007 and 2010 (see screen print attached). The sites are maintained with in-house resources.

Sandler previously engaged the services of an IT consulting firm to do a detailed needs analysis for this project, in order to ensure it meets both short- and long-term objectives relative to the organization’s digital strategy. Based upon that analysis, the new website system should be developed in the Drupal platform, and all proposals must reflect that specification.

(2) SANDLER SYSTEMS, INC. (“SSI”) requires a vendor specializing in developing Custom Software Solutions, or a team vendor submission to develop an XML based document & mulitmedia repository from the current legacy content of unstructured documents and multimedia library. The vendor shall then develop a content dissemination system to enable dissemination of such a repository through RESTful API. The API shall then subsequently be used in development of a Learning Management System (or “LMS”) using the Drupal Content Management system. The goal is to create a seamless document, mulitmedia management system that can be accessed via private API and also build a focused, visually compelling and dynamic front-end to maintain such a repository.
