After uninstall the following notice appear:

Notice: Use of undefined constant MAILCHIMP_QUEUE_CRON - assumed 'MAILCHIMP_QUEUE_CRON' in mailchimp_uninstall() (line 73 of /media/sf_dev/d726.hu.loc/sites/all/modules/mailchimp/mailchimp.install).

I'm not able to reproduce. Did you have the module enabled before uninstalling it? The constant is defined in mailchimp.module.

I had the same issue.. I had 7.x-5.1 installed.. I tried updating to 7.x-5.5 and then uninstalling, but that didn't help. I guess as this happens when trying to stop using the mailchimp module that it might be of limited consequence.. fingers crossed.
