Page-based restrictions now not working

Although I can now restrict a block's appearance by Taxonomy, the page-specific restrictions no longer work. I would like my block to appear on content with a defined taxonomy as well as another particular page. I'm not sure if this is a bug report or a feature request but in either case, help would be greatly appreciated.
