When updated from a older version to 2.5 the "Choose Colorbox compression level" has no value.
Which prevent the normal working of colorbox.
Saving the settings gives a error but because the advanced settings are closed be default you can't see where the mis configuration is.

Did you run ubdatedb? The colorbox_update_7202() function should take care of setting the value.

Yes I did run updb.

The problem was with features. The feature we made with the old version of colorbox had the compression variable set as 'min' and that is changed to 'minified'.
